I had a session with Keith last December which was extremely useful with tips on my technique that a book could never provide. However, it wasn't until today that I really saw Keith run at my first Sweat session. In being passed by Keith, following and watching him run you realise that you're watching an artist - effortless excellence, like watching Messi run with the ball or a Federer topspin backhand. As a 55+ veteran life-time runner I stepped up the pace in 2008 with the Bogong to Hotham Ultra. Five years later I find myself running faster than ever as evidenced in 2012 across 14 events ranging from 10km to 100km. Thanks Keith for transforming my technique in just one short lesson.

I am a difficult uncoordinated patient at the best of times but Keith AKA the "Running Dr", had me going again in record speed. From shin splints to running. Bliss!! Thank you Keith - eternally grateful.

Technique assessment/change session

One-to-one (or private groups up to 4) - includes video

Approx 50 to 70 mins for 1 person, longer if you book in friends too (max group of 4)




I will assess your running technique and discuss with you the most important corrections I think you should make, and map out a path for you to follow. We will have time to try some exercises to help you feel the changes you need to make and will give you an idea of time scale and rate of progress you should expect.

I normally video each client at the start and finish of each session and then analyse and comment with the use of single frame examples from the video. These are uploaded so you can study them online and compare before and after sequences in conjunction with a follow-up email.
